Privacy Policy

Summary: no account, ads, analytics, tracking, network transmission, payments, or cloud sync. Optional workshop entries remain on this device until the user erases them.

1. Responsible entity and scope

This policy applies to Threads of Comfort, package org.analanesangelapparel.threadsofcomfort, provided for Analane's Angel Apparel. The responsible organization is Analane's Angel Apparel, 629 S 500 W APT 15, PROVO, UT 84601, United States. Privacy questions may be sent to CisnerosKarley3nhnapq@gmail.com.

2. Data processed locally

Optional anonymous dress-intake selections, generic material counts, craft-night settings, checklist states, language-card position, reflection focus, and optional volunteer-practice note are stored only in private app storage on the user's device.

3. Purposes

Local information is used only to restore the user's private volunteer-planning workspace and show checklist progress. Analane's Angel Apparel does not receive these entries.

4. Data not collected

The app does not collect accounts, donor names, family or infant names, dates of birth, pregnancy or loss history, diagnoses, health or hospital records, photographs, audio, contacts, precise or approximate location, payment information, device or advertising identifiers, browsing history, government identifiers, or analytics. Users should keep sensitive or third-party information out of the optional local note.

5. Permissions, SDKs, ads, and analytics

The app requests no dangerous or runtime permission, including camera, microphone, contacts, location, notification, internet, or broad-storage access. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, attribution, social-login, donation, payment, AI-training, cloud-sync, remote-configuration, or push-notification SDK. AndroidX and Jetpack Compose provide local interface, lifecycle, and compatibility functions.

6. Sharing, sale, and monetization

Analane's Angel Apparel does not receive, sell, rent, share, profile, or monetize local entries because the app does not transmit them to the organization or a developer server.

7. User-directed contact and export

Email and text export open another app only after the user chooses the action. The user selects the recipient and controls any transmission under that provider's terms. Review exported text and remove unnecessary personal, family, infant, health, hospital, payment, or confidential information before sending.

8. Children, families, and safeguarding

The app is designed for adult volunteer planning. It has no child account, public profile, social feed, adult-minor messaging, location, targeted ads, or behavior scoring. Adults must supervise tools and small parts. Do not record child, family, or third-party information.

9. Apparel, safety, health, and hospital limits

Threads of Comfort provides general adult volunteer organization and safety information. Use current approved patterns, organization and facility procedures, equipment instructions, donation and acceptance requirements, and qualified medical, grief-support, counseling, or emergency services for decisions outside this planning workspace.

10. Retention

Local entries remain until the user edits them, uses Erase all local entries, clears Android app storage, or uninstalls. Analane's Angel Apparel has no server copy. Information intentionally sent through an external app is retained according to that provider and the user's choices.

11. Deletion and no-account status

Use Erase all local entries in About & Safety, Android's Clear storage control, or uninstall. There is no account and therefore no account-deletion request or account-deletion URL. Copies intentionally sent through an external app must be deleted from the selected destination separately.

12. Security and backup

Android application sandboxing helps protect local entries, and Android backup and device-to-device extraction are disabled to reduce unintended copies. No security method can eliminate every device risk; maintain device access controls, install trusted system updates, and avoid entering sensitive information.

13. User choices and policy changes

Every entry is optional and may be left at its default. Export and email are optional and user initiated. Material changes will appear in a future app version and on the public policy page with a revised effective date. Data Safety, target-audience, Health Apps, listing, and policy disclosures must be reviewed before each release.

14. Privacy contact

Contact CisnerosKarley3nhnapq@gmail.com and identify Threads of Comfort. Do not email family or infant information, diagnoses, hospital records, payment data, photographs, private stories, or urgent requests; this inbox is not an emergency channel.
